If you could finish 1kg of roasted/fried chicken in a meal why not eat 1kg of tomatoes (in a meal or in a day) once or twice a week? Reduce your food intake if you’re not gonna burn it.
If you cant refrain yourself away from a cake/ice cream etc., take a single bite/scoop ONLY. You satisfied your cravings and you’re guilt away from eating it as a whole. Again, reduce your food intake if you’re not gonna burn it.
