This will be my motivation for today.
Back in the gym again and this is my 6th day, just wanna remind myself of the softdrinks thing (no particular brand, all of them!) since I’ve been craving them whenever I get thirsty outside and everytime after drinking, I’ll realize that It did not quench anything, Im thirsty again and again. What i get is the guilt feeling of drinking them. So I’m really working hard avoiding them. Hahah.

Drink Pocari Sweat instead! It has electrilytes and is easier to absorb by the body! Yum!
